ReplyMark
AI replies to your Google reviews — in your voice, 24/7. Drafted, or fully auto.
View liveAcross the UK, sixty-four percent of businesses don't actively manage their online reputation. Of those that do, the median response rate sits below thirty percent. The cost of inaction is measurable — businesses replying to twenty-five percent or more of their reviews see roughly thirty-five percent more revenue, and a same-day reply to a negative review carries a one-in-three chance the reviewer upgrades the rating. Owners know this; they just don't have a system.
ReplyMark fetches reviews via Outscraper, drafts replies through Claude in a voice profile trained on the client's prior public communication, and routes them through one of two tiers. Starter sends drafts for client approval; Latitude unlocks once a client has approved thirty consecutive drafts and posts directly via the Google API. The automation graph runs on n8n self-hosted on a Hetzner ARM box. Supabase handles auth, history, and voice profiles.
- Two-tier pricing model — Starter £350/mo, Latitude £650/mo
- Fixed infrastructure cost under €3/month at any client count
- Same-day reply window cleared on every test client cohort
The hardest part was matching voice without sounding generated. We drop the obvious tells — em-dash flourishes, hedged adverbs, three-clause sentences — and pull cadence from the client's own past replies wherever they exist. The thirty-draft trust threshold before auto-posting was the decision that made Latitude defensible: it costs us a slower onboarding, but the auto-tier never embarrasses a client.
- 95% of UK businesses don't respond to their Google reviews
- Two tiers — Starter (drafted) at £350/mo, Latitude (auto) at £650/mo
- Self-hosted n8n on Hetzner ARM keeps fixed costs under €3/month
